Whistleblowing & Misconduct Reporting Procedure
This procedure ensures that all employees and partners can report suspected misconduct such as bribery, fraud, or violations of the Code of Conduct without fear of retaliation.
Reporting Channels
- Direct Email Submit reports to [email protected] — monitored and processed by the authorized department.
- Director's Office You may request a private meeting with the CEO, Mr. Trần Vương Duy Hiếu, to discuss sensitive matters directly.
Handling Process
- Acknowledgment within 48 hours T-Plus will acknowledge receipt of the report within 48 business hours.
- Confidentiality of Identity The whistleblower's identity will be kept strictly confidential to the extent permitted by law.
- Fair Investigation The CEO or an authorized HR representative will conduct a fair and objective investigation into the reported contents.
- Resolution & Notification Appropriate remedial or disciplinary measures will be taken based on the investigation results.
Non-Retaliation Commitment
T-Plus strictly prohibits all forms of retaliation (e.g., dismissal, demotion, or harassment) against anyone making a report in good faith.
Any detected retaliation will be strictly handled according to internal regulations and applicable laws.
